Ship the
signal.
Halo reads your incoming email, drafts thoughtful replies in your voice, and clears the queue before you finish your coffee. The inbox that ships itself.
How Halo works
Connect your inbox
Link Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP account in one click. Halo reads what arrives and learns how you talk — your tone, your greetings, your sign-off.
Read every thread
Each morning you open Halo to a ranked queue — urgent threads first, ambient pings last. Every reply Halo can confidently own is already drafted in your voice.
Approve and send
Skim a draft, hit send, or edit the parts that matter. The thread is closed, the loop is closed, the inbox is empty.

The dashboard that ships your day

One screen, every loop closed.
Halo opens to a ranked queue: urgent threads up top with a draft already in your voice, ambient pings down at the bottom waiting for a single keystroke. Approve, edit, send — the queue drains in minutes, not hours.
- Confidence score on every draft
- Tone match across your last 200 threads
- Send-ahead rules (e.g. 'out by 8am every Monday')
Drafts that sound like you on a calm Tuesday.
Halo fine-tunes on the threads you actually sent — your greeting, your sign-off, the words you reach for, the ones you don't. The first draft lands close enough that most edits are tiny.

Operating notes
“I used to spend the first hour of every morning on email. Halo drafts in my voice overnight — I approve, send, and the day starts at 9am with an empty inbox.”

Questions, answered
Does Halo actually send email, or just draft?
Halo drafts by default and only sends when you hit Approve. You can turn on Auto-Send for threads that match your send-ahead rules (e.g. 'confirm receipts from known vendors' or 'yes to recurring meeting invites').
How does Halo learn my tone?
Halo reads the threads you've already sent and builds a private voice model for your account. The model trains in the background as you use Halo — it never trains the public model on your email, and you can wipe it any time from Settings.
Is my email data safe?
Halo only sees the threads it needs to draft. Messages are processed in transit, never stored longer than needed to generate the draft, and never used to train shared models. We're SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliant.
Which inboxes do you support?
Gmail, Outlook, and any IMAP inbox on day one. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 work out of the box. We're adding Fastmail and Front next.
Can my whole team share a voice?
Yes — Team plans include a shared style guide. Halo drafts in the company's voice, and admins can layer role-specific overrides (Sales, Support, Exec) on top.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your drafts. Halo stops drafting new threads and your voice model is deleted within 30 days. Re-subscribe any time and Halo will retrain from scratch.
How is Halo different from a normal AI inbox tool?
Most tools summarize what arrived. Halo writes what you'd say and ships it. The loop actually closes — no draft graveyard, no 'I'll get to it tomorrow,' no inbox dread.
Close the inbox. Start the day.
Connect Gmail or Outlook in 30 seconds. Halo trains on the email you already sent and starts drafting tomorrow morning.
